Upon successful completion of the two week trial period, Anwärter will be awarded the rank of Panzergrenadier, and issued a Soldbuch, in which their service history, accomplishments, and medals will be recorded.

Applicants interested in joining the Panzer-Regiment must first complete the infantry-based Anwärter trial to become eligible for membership in the Panzertruppen. Openings in the Panzer-Regiment are dependent on unit numbers, may be limited, and are awarded to those showing a strong interest.
